The CPAC process for securing and confirming booking dates is as follows:
- Contact our box office via email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or phone to share your event details and interest in booking at the CPAC.
- Schedule a Tour & Talk – We will review your booking, ticketing, and technical needs.
- Once your decide on a booking date(s), the CPAC will prepare rental and tech quotes – you will receive detailed quotes covering rental costs, ticketing details and potential technical fees.
- Review & Sign rental agreement via DocuSign – The contract will include your prepared quotes. For convenience potential renters will be able to review and sign rental agreements digitally, via docusign.
- CPAC Booking Rental is confirmed upon receipt of $500 deposit paid via one of the following methods:
Check: Made payable to Cedarburg Performing Arts Center; Check can be dropped off or mailed to the CPAC.
Important note for check payments: The deposit payment will be officially confirmed upon clearance of the check.
Credit Card: A secure payment portal link will be emailed for online payment.
Important note for credit card payments: A nonrefundable cc transaction fee is added in addition to the deposit amount.
